quickly what I mean........!
Dear Golfer, You can improve every single part of your golf chipping game - Right Now - just by following my advice and proven strategies. Simply by improving your golf chipping techniques you can increase your distance, direction and your accuracy once you begin to apply the same things to your longer game! Your handicap will start to come down with such speed, you'll think you've been tied to a rocket! Ask any PGA Tournament Professional what part of their game demands the most ammount of time from them, and they'll probably tell you that it's Chipping and Putting. Even though most of them are excellent in this department, they still need to keep working on their overall technique. Why do you think this is so important? Rhythm
and Timing!
You know as well as I do that the Tournament
Professional has one quality that perhaps you don't have right at this
moment - they strike the ball differently to you!
But even though they possess this one main difference they still have to work constantly on their rhythm and timing because it changes every day. This is the number one reason why they are so concerned about improving and maintaining their golf chipping techniques and skills. Today more and more players are spending more time on the chipping green than ever before. How good are your golf chipping techniques.....? Try This Simple Golf Chipping Test... Here's a little test for you to try next time you find yourself near a chipping green. Take your favourite golf chipping iron and drop 3 balls down on the ground and then try to chip them 3 different distances without altering the length of your backswing or changing your club! You should be able to hit 3 different length chip shots: Short Chip Medium Chip Long Chip If you have any difficulty doing this exercise, then this site is where you need to come to discover just how you can do it! The aim of this exercise is to see if you can use the hidden power source that the majority of professionals use time and time again to get their golf balls to do exactly what they want them to do. You've seen them on the television, they hit their chip shot onto the green and the golf ball bites the moment it makes contact with the green, and then after it's checked it just rolls out slowly up to the hole - and very often, it even goes in! Okay, So How Do They Do It? Simple, that's the
Secret. But it's not just one particular thing, it's a
lot of many different things that you can learn very quickly and then
apply those exact same things to many other parts of your game at a
later stage. You can learn how to
incorporate your new golf chipping technique into many of your other
basic golf strokes and stroke variations that you use nearly all the
time. What Is The Secret Then To Golf Chipping? I'll give you a clue as to what the Secret might be. Are you ready? Take a hammer and a nail and an old piece of wood. Now drive the nail into the wood using the hammer. Notice what you did. First of all you prepared yourself to use the hammer - you picked it up. Next you centered the nail in the position where you wanted it to go - you took aim. Tip: Did you give the nail a couple of little taps before making the next move? And then you drove the nail into the wood - normally the very first time! It's seldom that I hear students say that they missed the nail and hit the wood! But what would happen if they held the hammer wrong? That's what happens more often in the golf swings you make. The club isn't aligned with your arms, so the chances of hitting the ball with any kind of pressure is almost nil! You can try this for yourself if you like with another simple exercise. Drive Any Tee Further Into The Ground
Place a tee in the ground so that the top of it is pointing towards your club face. It needs to be placed at a slight angle to the ground so that when you hit it you can drive it further into the ground. If you miss it though, your club head will go underneath it! Now take your normal golf chipping position and make a slow, short swing using your favourite chipping iron. Don't rush this exercise and don't flip the club at the tee! If you do this exercise wrong, your club will go under the tee and it will pop up vertically. Or if you swing too quickly it may even fly out of the ground. Tip: If you happen to hit the ground before the tee, then you over- accelerated your hands and arms! Ideally, you should be able to make your normal golf chipping movement and drive the tee further into the ground so that it's quite difficult to pull out. That's the pressure that was applied to the ball! Exactly the same pressure that the hammer delivered to the nail - that's why you need pliers to pull the nail out of the wood!
